Who hires newly trained drivers?Aside from Werner & Covenant, who hires newly trained (300+ hrs of OTR) drivers?
I've been a Werner slave for 3 months and would like to find a company that will pay me more than 14 cents a mile (forced to run team @ 28 cents/mile split).

You have got to be kidding . I thank the LORD for werner rejecting me. thats why they are looked down upon and talked about as a garbage company who likes to take advantage of its student drivers.

They all take advantage of you, that is why to get hired you have to prove your an ass kisser or you don't have a brain.
