Im haveing the hardest time finding anything otr local nobody wants to hire a newbie. I want to get on the road so bad i can feel it but how am i going to get the time in if noone will hire me on. I dont care what it is otr local it dont matter i want the time in now. Can someone please help im dieing here please help.

How about us express or usa truck. or maybe trans am?? good luck

I just put in a whole butt load of apps on truckjobseekers.com hope i get a snag. I just need in a truck and me and my family will be happy. I love driving the trucks in school and cant wait to get out there and go trucking. Thanx for the post keep them comming.

Covenant transport. when one gets fired or quits there is a new guy taking his or her place the next orientation. there is a waiting period tho is the problem. if you know someone who can vouch for you, it can get you into any company quicker.

advice: dont whine to your dispatcher for anything. they dont care... all they care about is ontime transit. it will effect the consistancy of your loads too.

i been with covenant for 2 years. they have been pretty good to me.

if you dont have a cdl yet, i started with schneider hauling tankers and got some great experience with that and they will get you a cdl. if you stay with them a year (or 2 idk) then you dont owe them for the training. i had to pay them 4k for the training when i quit.
