Covenant transport. when one gets fired or quits there is a new guy taking his or her place the next orientation. there is a waiting period tho is the problem. if you know someone who can vouch for you, it can get you into any company quicker.
advice: dont whine to your dispatcher for anything. they dont care... all they care about is ontime transit. it will effect the consistancy of your loads too.
i been with covenant for 2 years. they have been pretty good to me.
if you dont have a cdl yet, i started with schneider hauling tankers and got some great experience with that and they will get you a cdl. if you stay with them a year (or 2 idk) then you dont owe them for the training. i had to pay them 4k for the training when i quit.
