Does anyone have any experience with this company? I am trying to find a good job and I see that their pay is decent but what do the miles look like, bonus' etc. Any input will be apprecaited thanks.

Overall i think it is a very good company. i have only been with shaffer for about 2 months but cab tell it is by far the best company i've worked for. miles so far have been about 9800 per month. my avg length of haul around 1200 miles. i do stay out 4 weeks at a time. i guess this helps. if you go with them let me know, i'll give you my info so i can get a bonus.
