CR England

This company is absolutely terrible i left Werner and went there and was lied to from day one. i joined their lease program and drove as an independant contractor for a month and tho i was making over 2,000.00 a week my net checks were 0.00 every single week. The Dms take advantage of you and lie constantly. They will run you to death and not give you any credit at all. I tell you it was the worst move i ever made if anyone is thinking of going there think twice and dont listen to the drivers that tell you they are taking home 3,000 every week because it is a lie.

ENGLAND

WAS LEASE DRIVER FOR CR ENGLAND FOR TWO YEARS. THE ONLY WAY TO MAKE MONEY AS A LEASE DRIVER IS TO GET ON A GOOD DEDICATED RUN OR BE A TRAINER.I WENT IN THE HOLE ON OTR BUT MADE GOOD MONEY ON THE ENGLAND WALMART DEDICATED FLEET OUT OF RENO. I LEFT CAUSE I GOT BORED OF THE SAME RUNS ALL THE TIME BUT KIND OF REGRET IT NOW.WHEN TURNING IN YOUR LEASE TRUCK YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERY LITTLE SCRATCH. I WENT TO SCHOOL AT ENGLAND AND OVERALL WAS TREATED GOOD.

As far as I know England is a team only company. So before you decide to work for them find out for yourself and decide if you wanna run a team operation. If so might be best to find someone to team with rather than get paired up with someone you don't know to team.
Good luck and be safe

England, where to even begin. I worked for England for a year as a lease operator and trainer. During that time, if I did make a check, it was nothing to speak of. They are rip off artist who care absolutely nothing about drivers. Their fleet managers are worthless(went through 5 of them). They hire between 200-300 new drivers a week just to keep up with the drivers who have realized they are being screwed and leaving. There is a reason why you have to go through armed gaurds and metal detectors just to speak to your fleet manager. Lets just say that whey I finally quit and turned in my truck that I almost parked it in the fleet managers building, it was very tempting.

cr england is a good place to start, but dont lease a truck unless you are going to team.go as a company driver.i know from experience. you will not make a dime if you lease and go solo.
