live bottom or end dump

I am a company driver in the northeast that would like to get into hauling ag products in either a end dump, live bottom, or hopper bottom trailer. I have over 10 years experience driving with a clean record. I would like to try it as a company driver first before I jump into being an owner op. problem is finding a company in my area that is interested. Any suggestions on companies or type of trailer would be much appreciated. thanks slowhand
